Please note that all bookings of fishing trips are considered tentative until a 50% deposit is received. The balance is due on the day of the fishing trip, in cash money. All deposits are non–refundable, unless cancellation is received two months prior the trip. Refunded deposits are subject to a 10% administration fee. Fishing Thailand recommends that you take out your own personal travel insurance in the event that you have to cancel your trip through sickness.
In the event that the trip is cancelled by Fishing Thailand for any reason whatsoever. Our liability is expressly and solely limited to any charter fees already paid. We accepts no liability whatsoever for any other costs incurred.
