Bungsam Lan Lake Bangkok Thailand, the legendary highly prolific massive fish venue, just outside the amazing city of Bangkok. Famous for producing the biggest freshwater fish in the world, and the home to several world record beating fish.
Giant Mekong Catfish, Giant Siamese Carp and Arapaima are resident in this lake to over 120 kilos! Even on a "bad day", this lake usually produces undreamed of levels of fishing, and anglers should expect over 100 kilos of fish per day, and more often than not, much more!

Sawai Lake Phuket is the new fishing destination close to the Island's main popular holiday resorts.
Holding a good head of both Pacu and Striped Catfish along with a variety of other species, this is a great place to "Wet a line" if you are holidaying in Phuket.
Although
not as productive as Bungsam Lan, a good
bag of fish can be had, made up mainly of
Striped Catfish, Mekong Catfish, Redtail Catfish, Giant Siamese Carp, Rohu and Pacu weighing up to around 20 kilos. There are now also some Arapaima in the Lake.
